Short 2 noght stay

Very courteous and attentive staff. Great menu (even non- fedtive) and food cooked to high standard.

No lift to the first floor rooms bit this is a small issue given that everything else is 100%

Spotlessly clean hotel serving good food and a welcome from staff that would be difficult to beat.

Wonderful friendly staff - really good food at a reasonable price. Room was absolutely spotless, with fresh linen and generous towels. Bar has a wonderful range of Beers and wine which again were reasonably priced for a Hotel. Never judge a book by its cover - The exterior of the Hotel just doesnt do it justice - its really a bit of a travellers gem.

The staff were helpful as when I arrived they said they were closed. I never received a email to say so. After a phone call they said I could stay.

The room was cold as the heating wasn't on , the breakfast was good. But the whole experience was very stressful

Breakfast very good, staff friendly

Didn't know how to get in when came back front doors locked. Noisy room (No 4), bed quite small, sink in bathroom didn't empty, noisy water/extractor system when in bathroom.
