Located 20 minutes' from central Christchurch, The Meadows Villa is a self-contained, unique villa with a private patio/BBQ area and gym equipment, including a treadmill and exercise bike. Free WiFi, (Read More) satellite channels and use of a GPS system is included and welcome chocolates on arrival. In this 2-bedroom holiday villa you will find both heating and air-conditioning as well as a lounge/dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals. There are laundry facilities, double-glazed opening windows throughout and a bathroom with a separate shower and bath. A secure garage with internal access to your accommodations living area is provided. Guests staying at The Meadows Villa can take a walk to a pine tree forest or around the on-site, fully fenced grazing areas that are home to some friendly cattle. In the evening, in the warmer months, you can sit out under the large willow tree, next to the pond area, and enjoy a snack. Your family dog can be accommodated.

This was a beautifully maintained property on the outskirts of Christchurch offering a lovely garden / meadow view. Very tranquil setting and close to a fantastic bike park. It was a great home away from home.

The best accommodation on our 6 week stay in New Zealand

The Meadows is exceptionally beautiful accommodation, immediately adjacent to the owners property but completely separate and private. The standard of the Meadows was far above and beyond anything we expected, essentially it is part of the owners home and provides the highest standard of comfort and luxury. The owners are on hand to resolve any slight issue but otherwise you are completely independent, I cannot speak highly enough of this property and consider myself very lucky to have found it. Even though it is a country property Christchurch is an easy 20 minute drive away.

Lovely, quiet place to stay. Great hosts.

We arrived late, got lost, hosts meet us at the door. They were so friendly and welcoming, laughed about us getting lost!! They then took us to our accommodation and showed us around. Added bonus, we were aloud to meet their dog. He was the goodest boy.

The pillows were too hard.

Great little gem

The property exceeded our expectations. The hosts are brilliant, and there's everything you need for a relaxed holiday, even for a short stay. Very close to shops but far enough away to be in the country. Highly recommend and hope to return on another trip.
