    Pleasant, comfortable stay.
    Comfortable bed. Great shower. Fluffy towels. Good selection of toiletries. Nice beverage station. Self checkout.
    Not sure if there was on site parking but two pay car parks within easy walking distance. Wasnt aware it was continental breakfast, it was okay but not my choice. Bit pricey.

    The room was nice, its in a good location
    The shower didnt drain well and would flood. The pillows were flat. They took the breakfast basket away before we had finished everything.

    Came for a funeral and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
    Room was large and comfortable with all facilities. Had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. A hearty breakfast was included in the price.
    Foe a pub and somewhere to stay couldnt fault it.

    Fantastic place to stay
    Hannah has only owned the Minster Arms for 7 weeks and is doing a fantastic job. The room we had was absolutely lovely with great attention to detail. The bed was really comfortable and the en suite shower was lovely and hot. As well as the plentiful breakfast which was delicious we also had our evening meal there and couldn't fault it - absolutely amazing. It's very near the Minster and the town centre so we were able to look round somewhere we hadn't visited before. We will definitely be returning to the Minster Arms.
    Nothing to dislike.

    Lovely rooms and nice pub too. Staff were so friendly and welcoming
    Only slight negative was beforehand I asked there to be vegan options but there was only vegetarian. Its not a major issue though

    Friendly staff, comfortable room, lots of toiletries - that was a bonus.
    Breakfast was a little disorganised. Served between 8 and 10, when we arrived at 8.40, there were no glasses, knives, plates, cups, serviettes or indeed a waiter. Things improved after 9 however and the breakfast itself was fine.
