    Not a five star experience based on lack of temperature regulation in the room. Castle view was oblique. Difficult t

    Room was too hot, so could not sleep without opening the window (then difficult to sleep with city noise especially on the weekend). There are also very few outlets - while there were several USB outlets, many chargers have a mini USB/USB-C, so it was more difficult than expected to charge devices.

    Great location
    The courtyard room (106) was a little cold. It was noisy as they were setting up for the Christmas Market right outside the door of the room. Work commenced early in the morning and woke us up. We ate in the restaurant the first night but the food was cold and the atmosphere soulless.

    Mozart is located in the center of everything! The staff is absolutely kind and willing to serve and advise guests. Rooms are more than luxurious and the view is outrageous! Bar and restaurant are worthy to visit!
