Easy to find, check in by WhatsApp, quiet .

The noise of the ventilation prevented me from sleeping 2 nights, as well as the fact that it isn't totally dark in the capsule even though the blind is down, and jetlag. I wish I could turn off the light of the whole bedroom

Pod was a good size, showers and toilets were adequate and there was good space for personal belongings

Lift was super slow and the bathrooms were quite cramped. Would have been nice to have a fridge and a microwave

The confirmation letter sent to me saying it was a single room eventually turned out it was not. the staffs from the accommodation and the booking.com website gaslighted me saying single room meant I only got a single bed and share the rest of the room with someone else so they could reject my refund requirement and they were not willing to change the room for me for free either. really bad experience. I found someone else hairs on the bed as well.

I think I like the interior of the room. Their capsule is fine.

I was waiting for too long outside the room/hostel before they let me in because its difficult to contact the owner. There was one time when I left my keycard inside the room and for some reason I was locked out outside and needed to wait again to open the door.

The location was good and near to the subway station, the room is also clean. The staff is nice as well.

The toilet is quite small and take some time for self check-in. The capsule is too small for 2 people.
