Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean.
Maybe they can have more variety of breakfast specifically when you staying for a week or so. Nothing else.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay mainly because of staff kindness. Our kids made good friends with staf members
Staff are incredibly friendly, they are like one family and this resonates nicely to guests. Food at the restaurants is soo yummy and reasonably priced. Very close distance to Patong beach, and only few minutes by hotel buggy to an elephant farm where you get to feed and shower elephants.
Facilities did not really meet our expectations, only 2 small swimming pools. Hotel is not really beach front. Breakfast could have been significantly improved.

We got sick and tried to cancel but they wouldnt accept it. Although it was in advance and they could have easily filled the room in a high season. i dont support places like that.

I liked that it was close to the beach and the housekeeping staff were so kind!!

- dismissive hotel reception staff, literally dont give you the time of day at all. they didnt even inform me where the gym and pool was, or where I had to eat breakfast
- dont know what i paid for wont be coming back

Great stay would definitely stay again
The property was in a great location and the staff were amazing they would go above and beyond. Breakfast was great as was the roof top bar at sunset
Missed having a main pool to swim in that was open to the sun.
