    I was upgraded to a suite type room. Lovely spacious comfortable bed, large room, bathroom lovely too. Nice view of the river.
    Had issues with my key card but the lady at reception was very helpful in fixing this

    Room was warm & comfortable, nice bed linen. Staff were very welcoming. Hotel well placed to get to all restaurants etc.
    Sadly the room was dusty. A thorough clean of bathroom & loo would greatly improve this score!

    The staff were lovely and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed into our room. Free car park. Great location. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Smart bathroom. Delicious breakfast.

    The room was nice and warm, very pleasant staff and a good choice of breakfast
    Room was a bit tired, window sill needs painting and window pains need a good clean.
