    Terrible. No apologies from staff and no instructions. Refund please
    Good central location
    On arrival we were informed that we were booked in for the following night! Only one room ready (at 7pm) and a man asleep in one of the beds on the other room! No apology for booking us on the wrong night. No meals available. No option for breakfast. Hotel locked up on our return late at night, no instructions what to do. Eventually found a way in through the fire escape round the back of the hotel.

    The situation was super, good location for hospital, town,museums, etc. bus stop outside too
    Would have preferred a bathroom in the room rather than walking across the private (to our room) bathroom

    Cosy but really loud
    A warm cosy room with excellent facilities and a welcoming vibe. The hosts are wonderful people and the adjacent bar is filled with a happy go lucky atmosphere.
    If only some people had mute buttons attached to them. The locals at the pub aren't much of a bother but the random guy that shows up at 12pm and doesn't take the hint to leave until it's 4:30 in the morning is. I would put that experience up there with being a character in a Call of duty title. It's like building a house within the speakers at Glastonbury or like attaching a megaphone to a cat spinning around a ceiling fan. I don't know if he's local but if he is, when visiting maybe cut off your ears first.

    Everything I needed in a good location, & great staff. Would be happy to stay again!
    It was a nice old pub in a great location, with really friendly & helpful staff - and the Friday evening karaoke night was a bonus!
