    I highly recommend this unit.
    Had a great stay there. Rooms are clean, and everything was in vicinity, so it was convenient. The reception was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very smooth.

    Good Place. Not the best value for money.
    the location is good the place is clean the building is new and clean
    - Wifi Signal was weak in the bed room. - Towels were in a bad shape having lots of holes. - Bedroom TV was not connected to Wifi till it was fixed the day after. - The two twin beds are next to each other but kept separating in the middle. - The operators were very strict and not very friendly. I arrived 2 hours before the check in time and even though the room was empty and clean and ready for check in, the operator refused without paying extra 100 RM. This is his right of course, but most operators and hotels will do this out of courtesy. - The Room wasnt cleaned in my 2 days stay. the operator said that cleaning only happens after 7 days of stay.

    Big, spacious, and good location.
    the water was very small, and the security system is not so good, anyone who can come to the lobby lift as there are two doors connected to the mall and residence lobby. the two doors are not lock all the times, even without access card can open.

    Location was good
    The most disappointed thing is the bed linen was so smelly. I asked to change for few times, but it didnt be better so much for 4weeks. Also when I book, I chose the room with balcony, but actual room didnt have a balcony.. and floor was dirty too, even after cleaning service it wasnt so clean. Also under kitchen area smelled like mold... and closet door was broken.. It was quiet expensive to rent, so i expected good experience, however it was not as good as i was expected including staff attitude.
