This hotel needs a makeover or a new manager. It feels like time stopped there a dozen or so years ago.

1. Toilet - we get a room with a toilet for a disabled person. It looks like a hospital. Very scary. 2. Shower - unfortunately, there wasn't a proper shower cabin. The whole bathroom was wet after the shower. The railway for the shower curtain was too small. I felt claustrophobic after closing the curtain. Moreover, the dirty curtain was waving and sticking to the body all the time. You have to wait for hot water for 15 minutes. 3. Not fresh towels - the towels we received seemed clean but not too fresh. They smelled musty. Or they lay in the closet for several months or were folded when wet. We asked for new ones, but unfortunately, there was not much difference.

Very good

Great location, very clean and helpful staff.

Excellent location for the city and airport. Walking distance from amenities and restaurants. Very clean and the breakfast was good. Secure overnight parking.

Very nice, good location.

The room was of an excellent size. The bed was very comfortable. Everything looked clean. The wifi was very good. Plenty of parking space with no extra cost. There are also some shops nearby if you need to stock up on provisions or want a fresh morning coffee with patisserie.

Driving up to the hotel in the dark was a bit confusing, but I got there.

Good stay just outside Carcassone - no public transportation available to site

It is a nice stay, confortable bed and all the necessary things for a night.

The hotel is outside Carcassone and the only way to town is by Taxi, there is no public transportation to the hotel. If you are doing the Canal du midi, it's complicated. Continental Breakfast nothing special and expensive. There is a nice bakery across from the hotel and an Aldi supermarket right by it which we recommend.

Nice hotel and staff, but only for travellers by car (far from the town).

Charging the electric car: no info available at the reception, long registration process for a provider I will probably never use again. Cost was per minute of connection, I should have woken up at 2 a.m. to disconnect. I expected a charger and a flat fee or paying directly at the reception (without an occupation fee, that in an hotel, overnight is totally inconvenient). Finally I had just a quick refill, to reach a more serious operator.
