The only reason we stayed here was due to an event which was taking place next to the hotel (banquet hall)

Clean room

TV channels were horrible, no Netflix connection option, air conditioner wasnt cold, no iron was provided and when requested they mentioned that the hotel doesnt provide iron!!! But our friends room had an iron and we had to go to their room to iron!!

The hotel is beautiful and worth the money. However location wise it wasn't accessible to the beach front ot talea 30mins to get there.

Disappointing

some staff members were kind others i just thing the language barrier impeded with.

I was under the impression I was getting a swim up pool room. Swim up pool room do not exist. There is a shallow 2 in area of water by the room connected to the pool that does not look clean. I was charged for towels because i wiped my hand on them and happen to have had makeup on my hands.

Very good hotel, quiet rooms and great pool

Really good hotel, perfect pool outside. Rich breakfast and nice staff. It was a hotel after extremly bad experience with accomodation in Patong, so it was like a miracle :)

The hotel is out of the way, but it has its advantages. It is well-maintained, breakfasts are quite poor but enough for us. The rooms with direct access to the pool are interesting (recommended).
