overall very unpleasant had to feel discomfort due to many bugs and lizards literally everywhere and dirty and bad smell

Its close to many famous places in Canggu

the room we had had a bathroom outside which made going to bathroom and showering very uncomfortable and at night there will be lots of bugs and mosquitoes coming into room every time we open door to just go to toilet. Also we were told that if we have questions or requests we need to go to the reception which really got us off guard. Imagine being on a holiday but you go downstairs all the way to the reception when you want hair dryer . one day we came to our room after they claimed was cleaned the garbage was full and towels were dirty.

Amazing place to stay! Everyone was so friendly, social and joyful! Perfect place to stay if you want to socialise and c

Very beautiful, looked exactly like the photos! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they all went above and beyond for every guest. Very social resort, we met so many friends and always had a good time around the pool!

The only downfall was the pillows were uncomfortable, but this is so minor that I still give it a 9/10!

Overall the staff tried to be friendly

Extremely poor cottage room ;washroom was put in the open and could have been accessed by anyone ; in the night there weird sounds as there was no access barrier. Around midnight there was a power cut and they had no solution for hours. My grandfathers safety was compromised as he could Not move around even for basic needs. Net : Not safe and not professional
