    Exceptional property and host - LOVED IT!
    Phenomenal property. Its stunning, better than the photos, and extremely comfortable. The host, Nikki, and her son, were so welcoming and helpful. Cant recommend this place enough.

    Spacious, clean, quiet and host really helpful providing map link to shop and takeaway details.
    Very minor but directions not easy, host did text but as no signal I didn't get it until arrived. Had to call him to clarify. More signage would help.

    Easy to get keys, was meet at house, owner waiting , very friendly. House was spacious, great views, very clean & tidy. Tea/coffee/milk/welcome biscuit. Games to play. Huge kitchen/diner
    If they could a small double rather than single bed in rooms would be amazing

    Lovely house.
    Nice spacious accommodation, clean, well equipped, quiet.
    Could have had better signage to tell you which house it was....we went further than we should and the Neighbours came out shouting private property.

    Lovely and comfortable, would book again
    The barn was cosy and and gave us a relaxed feel, had all the facilities we needed. . It was quiet and just what we needed after a long day out. Thane was lovely, got back to me really quickly by email on a query I had before we arrived.
    We had difficulty locating the property as the address on Bookings was The Malthouse, we drove up and down the road several times trying to find the property. We did call in the end but phone signal was bad, we had to look for a lane upto Tippers Hill Farm, maybe amending the address would make it easier to find. Thane was very good though when we got through and found the property after that.
