    The people from the hotel was very friendly, anxious to help us. My reservation was for one economic room and in this room for 3 days i havent any heat because their heating system doesnt work. I make a lot requests to resolve this problem but every time they tried to fix without any succes. The temperature in the room was no more than 17Celsius. The hotel was in renovating period, they have some repairs on the stairs.

    Location was great. Easy walk to train station for day travel to Cinque Terre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception went above and beyond helping me with booked parking. The breakfast was very good value. Surpassed my expectations.

    Location was good. Street and Off-street parking available.
    Staff was not the most friendly, rooms were small and inaccessible by elevator. Crowded breakfast area cause an issue with cleanliness.
