    My siste and I had a lovely end of season trip and the Pridwin was a wonderful choice.
    Location was ideal and the room was lovely. It had a view of the water. The outside porch was perfect with a fireplace. The coffee was free.
    The breakfast was prix fixe. It would have been nice to have a la carte choices.

    The bright cafeteria lights Amat the restaurant for dinner. One 1 main problem was the restaurant that I wont eat dinner at again. Cold, sterile feeeling with unimaginative food.

    Beautiful and charming interior design, beautiful views, very relaxing, comfortable rooms.
    Over priced, expensive to get to (ferry), at this price point they should include breakfast.

    Beautifully decorated (gorgeous!), excellent location (waterfront), a lot of attention to detail, nice amenities (pool, kayaks, bikes, ping pong, tennis).

    It is a lovely hotel and the staff is friendly, but the staff needs more training and attention to d
    The hotel is well designed, furnished, landscaped and is very clean
    The Staff is friendly, but many are young people here on work visas so often they could not answer questions. Communication in general was not great.We did not receive the printed summary of weekly activities until shortly before we left. The Wednesday night BBQ while pleasant, did not have labels on dishes and there were not enough servers.

    Cute hotel, nice location, service could be more efficient- overall we would return.
    Very pretty hotel and very clean
    Breakfast price is too high for what it is. Concierge was not really helpful, after receiving tip he never got back to us with our outstanding requests. We also asked for a baby crib which was confirmed by email but had to wait another hour when we arrived to actually get it.
