    Shower pressure was terrible, too small instantaneous water heaters, water is changing all the time, people cannot take a shower as normal. Carpet downstairs was not clean well. This property definitely does need some improvement equipment is too old. Another thing is that there are mould in every single room.

    Generally a nice place to stay. Lovely rooms. Would probably stay again if price point was better.
    Rooms were clean and tidy beds were well made. Nice little touches like have some useful condiments in kitchen and washing products in bathroom. Nice and quiet. Dog friendly. Enclosed garden. Can accommodate decent number of people to sleep if you need it. Two toilets.
    Fridge needed a good clean. Broken glass in freezer. Shower was useless. Was 5 secs freezing and 5 hot and keep a cycle like that. Parking was horrendous. Dining room table only sat 4 people which didnt help us all eating together. Considering condition and parking little expensive.

    The property was in a good location. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
    The house smelled very strongly of smoke. My fault for not realising that non-smoking rooms didnt mean the whole house was non-smoking, but it was very overpowering. The shower pressure was fairly non existent but the water was hot.

    Location, comfortable beds, separate toilet as well as bathroom, easy check in/out. Clean. Good towels. Well equipped kitchen. Warm. Good value.
    The communal space is very small. There are 12 beds, but only one small living area with a sofa to seat 3 and a table with 4 chairs. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of space to sleep but not enough space for us to sit and eat. Some areas need a coat of paint (rear upstairs bedroom)

    Clean tidy and comfortable. Also I left a bag there but i contacted the owners who are posting it to me
    Property was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable
    Only issue was the shower pressure isnt great

    Plenty of beds and space for everyone. Comfortable and clean, great facilities and great location, just a short walk from town. Easily found parking along the street. Had to transfer a deposit but this was paid back soon after our stay.
    As others have mentioned, the power shower is a bit temperamental but it was adequate.

    Nice house, good location.
    Nice house in a good location for Northampton. House in general was clean, beds, bathrooms, living room. Kitchen was well enough equipped.
    We had an issue with the shower, but the owner had been informed and is going to have engineers check it. The oven had been left dirty by the previous occupants. House sleeps nine folks, but dinner table seats 4., but we didn't have an issue with that.

    Good enough stay for the price
    Location to the town centre. Very quiet street. Beds were comfy and the house was seeping with weed smell, which helped us relax and forget about the other stuff Owners responded very quickly to questions.
    Lack of crockery for a house that sleeps 12 - there were 4 mugs and 2 wine glasses! There was no BBQ as stated in the description. But to be honest the yard wasn't really suitable for it and there were only a few pieces of very dirty outdoor furniture. One front door key wasn't enough when there were 8 adults. Very strong smell of weed!
