Central location, staff who go above and beyond.

The staff went above and beyond to help us have a good stay. They catered really well for my (substantial) food intolerances, which was lovely. The front office staff also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and walks in the city and also helped us with an early morning airport transfer. The hotel was central to everything in Old Town. We had a great stay.

The rooms are a little small so with our luggage taking up all the room the only place to sit is really the bed. But the central location and helpful staff more than makes up for it.

Awesome place to stay!!

The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom with all the amenities you could need. The staff was very very helpful with ideas for where to go and eat and places to see. They helped carry our luggage in and out were very accomodating. it is in a perfect location right in the old town.

Nothing really - everything was great. The breakfast was ordered off the menu and not a buffet but it was delicious and plentiful.

For a visit to old town, you cannot beat this hotel/the location or the food!

the most incredible location! and so authentic and beautiful. the staff could not have been more helpful. so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. the food was also insane- we had to tear ourselves away to experience other restaurants during our stay!
