10/10 Wonderful, one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in.

Hotel is one of the best Ive stayed in. Comfortable, good location, great ambience. Every staff member was super helpful and friendly, especially Archey and tiff! Thank you for the incredible stay. Definitely will be back here. 10/10!

Very good

Fantastic

Spent one night over there. Clean convenient and nice view from the room. The staff are very nice and helpful. They took my luggage and walk me to the room with patient and introduced me their property. Special thanks to Archey and Tiff for being so helpful and nice to me.

Pillow doesnt work too well for me, too soft.

Good for a couple nights of Instagram photos but not worth for it for multi-night holiday

Service was outstanding

Loads of small issues that displayed a lack of attention to detail compared to a usual 5 star hotel - The Aircon would randomly not work which made the room hot - you could only turn all lights off or none via dinner which meant annoying beacon reading lights over the bed or darkness all the time - There wasn't anywhere to store bags or clothes so despite it being a nice large appointed room we had to strew items about - nowhere to hang bathrobes or towels in the bathroom - bad lighting for having a shave in the bathroom - bed was oddly short so me as 6 foot has feet dangling off the end Spa was expensive but completely average in skill and execution relative to other stays in China. Focused on expensive oils not on having actual experience massaging - do not recommend The breakfast was extraordinarily basic and lacking variety for a very high cost. Actual cooking of dishes were more about presentation for social media - for example french toast and pancakes were like cardboard, small domain were cooked from frozen to hard We ended up dining at a hotel next door after a while. We paid well in excess of USD $100 per day for breakfast for two expecting better

Superb

We felt welcome and comfortable staying in this hotel.

Cleanliness, Cozy, Strategic Location. Walking distant to many tourist attractions like Forbidden City, Schichahai, Beihai Park, Wang Fu Jing .... etc. The staffs are friendly. Ashley is amazing, she is very friendly and always ready to offer to help. Cervine and Ron are also very helpful. They teach us how to use the Apps to call taxis and recommend us places to visits.

Wifi needed to improve.
