    A great place to stay, we had a great time there and wouldnt hesitate to return again.
    Loved the vibe of the hostel, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The courtyard garden is delightful with a great pool. Monika, and her son Alberto were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, booking us taxis, suggesting the best places to visit. We hired a car and found that the location was perfect for touring the area. The breakfasts were fantastic, Eric was a magnificent host, always smiling and wanting you to have the best experience. We loved the location, great bars and some superb restaurants within easy walking distance. We stayed 11 nights in total and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend staying there.

    The courtyard is really pretty and there is also a nice rooftop area. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were some nice touches like slippers and dressing gowns.
    The hotel could be displayed more clearly with a sign. We arrived at night and it didn't look like a hotel so we assumed we were in the wrong place. The shower had low water pressure.

    Wonderful place to stay in Cancun
    I only stayed one night before flying out of Cancun. But I loved everything. Great small guesthouse near the ADO bus terminal. The room and facilities were super clean and the breakfast is also very good. Staff was lovely and I was able to have a late check-out. Thanks for everything.
    The shower is powered with solar energy, so hot water is not always available.

    Fantastic service and a wonderfull house!
    Amazing stay and the best service! Our flight was 55 hours delayed and we arrived at 3 AM. The Quetzal was very understanding and helpful - this is so priceless when you are in a hopeless situation. Thank you!

    Everything, everything was amazing. Its a small cozy hotel at a calm location. And the hosts are a 10/10. The ambience and contact makes you feel welcome and special. The cute little dog at this place makes you happy. And the breakfast was very tasty. Dont hesitate and book if you love a quite personal warm place! Thankyou!
