Wonderful private retreat with exceptionnal breakfast

Breakfast was incredible, made to order brunch dishes, and the espresso coffees were excellent. Loved the rooftop balcony in the room with lounge area to read and relax. Very quiet and private. Short walk to the sunrise beach and to walking street

The Room we had is split over 3 levels, the bed is up some very steep stairs with no handrail, felt dangerous at night if you need to use the bathroom downstairs. Not suitable for older people or small children.

Breakfast is amazing! But could have more savoury vegetarian options that don't contain egg! It's either egg dishes or sweet dishes.

The room is nothing like what we saw on the photos! Outdated, broken and old. We were a bit shocked. Massive amounts of flies came in via a hole somewhere in the bathroom. So, I wish I could tell you more about our stay in a positive way but we spent most of our time swatting flies away from our kids so we didn't have time to look around and enjoy. There were loads of smacked dead flies and mosquitos all over the room from previous guests! We also requested a baby cot for this room, when we tried to use it we discovered it was actually broken and didn't open properly which they had to have know while setting up. Regardless, they tried fixing it and in the end replaced it with a different one which unfortunately was so small my son didn't sleep well for 3 nights. But they tried their best! We had really high hopes from this place via the reviews online, and even tried to book extra days before we arrived. The extra days were available, which when we arrived and saw the hotel we were extremely relieved we didn't book extra days because there's no cancellation option. We also received water which apon opening tasted and smelled like chlorine. We took it to the staff and they were shocked also and didn't understand it so they gave us a new bottle! But we

The room was stocked very well, mini bar had great snacks and the breakfast was delicious. I loved my private covered terrace and the scenic view

I chose this hotel closer to the center (Walking street), instead of staying in a beach-bungalow where my friends were located. I am confident this was the right choice, it made my vacation quite perfect! My room was spacious, which is important to me. I loved the view to green, beautiful plants and hills. Nice and clean everywhere. And the staff is so incredibly sweet and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic, probably the best on the island!!

The bed is quite firm, which I am not used to. Also one should be careful of traffic going up the little street to the hotel.

Excellent

I booked the studio with balcony. The bathroom was simple but clean. The room and the outside area were really stunning and very clean as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect place to wind down. In addition, the breakfast was the best Ive had in my 1,5 month travelling. The menu is short but the quality is excellent.
