    Your rates are exorbitantly high for just a normal double room. Nothing great for that price. Their normal walkin rates is 6k where as through u 8k. I could have stayed in a better hotel for 4k. I thought we always get better deal through u

    Overall the infrastructure was good. Rooms were large and comfortable.The staff was polite and helpful.
    Let me be clear, I have no complaints. While the hotel was comfortable and equipped it lacked class..the overall look and feel / get up was average. Felt more like a 3 star hotel. It appears to me that the management is not concerned about maintenance and keeping with the times .

    Staff are friendly and the choice of restaurants within the hotel was unexpected and ended up being very convenient.

    Breakfast was good . Location is excellent. The food at the in-house Chinese restaurant was very good .
    The Bed Linen quality has to be improved to enhance the overall staying experience.

    Staff behaviour was poor, no hospitality at all - half hearted services, unenthusiastic people Breakfast was terrible - repitative spread on all days, food did not feel fresh, and gives stomach issues Terrible service at the breakfast counter - not proactive, need to follow up multiple times for simple things like coffee Staff looked grumpy and annoyed at all times - makes you feel unwelcome Housekeeping was half hearted - even after room was cleaned, used coffee mugs would still be left behind Essentials like bathroom mats were not provided
