Overall would stay again and maybe just plan a better schedule

The property was great! Beds were comfortable, rooms were huge! Enough privacy from opposing bedroom. Two living rooms and 3 balconies. View at night is amazing!! Daytime view is just as beautiful with plain view of the beach. Apartment is cool. AC worked great. Small Bluetooth speaker in unit but isnt loud enough.

Only downside on the actual unit is probably when showering, since shower is open inside bedroom it cause a lot of condensation and water buildup on the vents that starts dripping allover sink and belongings. The paint on sink was bubbled up probably for the same reason. Ceiling in bedrooms had evidence of prior leaks from Floors above perhaps. The washer dryer combo is also extremely loud. The drum might be off bc the washer is literally trying to jump out of the closet its in. Also when cooking in the kitchen the smell lingers for hours which sucks. And the real disappointing part was that the pool closes everyday at 7pm which is a huge let down. Its like you have to decide whether to sacrifice a day of your vacation to just spend the day at the hotel to be able to enjoy the pool or pay the amenity fees and not be able to enjoy them at all. Definitely not a fair deal. About $40 a day for amenities that we only got to enjoy one day out of 6.

Superb

Other than that receptionist, everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay

Valet was very helpful when we arrived after 9am on Friday to checkin.

However, the receptionist at the hotel was not as friendly, questioning if I was staying there?!

I lived in tower two 1802, On Sunday, June 5th, I took my kids to the beach and the hotel staff called to say my car had been hit and the police came to deal with the accident. Due to the hotel's mistake, their front desk clerk told me that they promised to refund my room fee. but, Because I booked the room from booking.com, and now I tell the booking.com that there is no such compensation, I am very dissatisfied with your approach. I want to complain that you have not lived up to your promise.
