    Relaxing overnight stay, we would return in the future.
    Lovely staff and facilities, very relaxing in the spa. Great food in the brasserie. Would be even better in the summer when you can make use of the outdoor pool and the grounds.
    The Thai restaurant wasnt open when we were there which was a shame.

    A delightful stay which was full of complimentary surprises!
    There is not much not to like at this exceptional hotel. A superb room and lots of little extras that made our stay very special, which included a pantry of complimentary treats. The food and service at the Yu restaurant was superb, a special mention to Paula and Roxie who provided Michelin quality service.
    Nothing to report in this regard!

    Casual vibe. Friendly staff. Good food.
    Poor pillows. Inexperienced reception. Need to walk through a Christmas party to get to the dining room. Breakfast buffet choices rather stodgy.

    Lovely hotel, super outdoor pool
    Beautiful hotel, lovely grounds and very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Amazing outdoor pool and the massage I had was excellent.
    The food in the restaurants was disappointing and the non-alcoholic drink options were very unadventurous

    Worth visiting and enjoying the facilities
    A great location with extensive parking. The complementary drink was welcome,, as was the free nibbles pantry. The room was clean but small. There was good wifi coverage and instructions to cast to the TV. A great spa was welcome after a tiring day
    Check in was slow even though it had been completed online prior to arrival. Sadly the room had a single comfy chair even though it was a double room Enjoyment of the spa was only marred by the heated outdoor pool being closed when it was dark. This was contrary to previous information. With a good discount offered we were happy overall, but it would have been very disappointing if we had paid the full rate
