    The moths that were everywhere in the apartment, there was hundreds of them. And it was very dusty.

    Lots of stairs but it was good exercise. Hard to carry heavy stuff up and down stairs.

    Easy access to lifts via shuttle and spacious accommodation
    it is an older facility and even a bit dated but everything works and it was clean. A shuttle is available to get to the lifts
    there is not a lot of dining and shopping close by

    The location and the privacy.
    The service and maintenance was horrible. Our front door literally came down on my husband and nothing was done about it nor did they seem like they cared about the danger it presented.

    Great location, cozy, with some minor inconvenience.
    Perfectly located, close to Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges/Lifts. Good size for a group of 4-6 adults. Clean, has everything it needs. Cozy. Absolutely gorgeous view.
    Heating is either way too cold or way too hot - took us 3 nights to figure out how to set it to be comfortable enough to sleep. Hot Tub was not working great.
