there is no lift. we stayed on the 3rd floor and had to carry my luggage up the stairs.

Nice clean room good size. Ours came with "balcony" a lot dont. Good breakfast. Well situated in Old Town.

Over all, very positiv. I would definitly stay again there when visiting Chiang Mai

Staff was very friendly and professional.

Pool Area very limited, therefore I didnt like to use the Pool.

Great stay

Very nice location. In a side street so less noice but very central for restaurants, shops and temples. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great too.
