I will not come back

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Plus it was very close to the stadium which was what I needed

Pictures on the booking profile are very much misleading. The place is horrible: the entrance is actually pretty and cosy but as you go by the things keep getting worse. The capsules need maintenance, there was a bug in my locker, I would never dear to use the fridge or the microwave. Showers and toilets are so uncomfortable: they are at the bottom of the place but on a door to a horrible side of Singapore which is always kept open. The night was freezing as the air co was at max. Plus the door of the dormitory did not close and the staff also said he never closed the main entrance of the hotel the capsules just have a curtain so I wasnt feeling safe at all. Next time Id rather spend 200 euros for an actual hotel rather than 50 for such a thing

Nightmare

Nothing, this stay was a nightmare

The hygiene was terrible, I was scared to use the toilett because of the smell and dirt everywhere. Usually in a hostel you expect students and a certain typ of clientele however here there were old grandpas to old men who look like they just came out of prison. I didnt feel secure do to the fact that the doors were never locked and everybody could just walk in. The pictures online are sooo diffrent from the reality. There is random clothes haning in the bathroom. As a women and someone who actually cares about security and hygiene i dont recommend this place at all. I stayed one night due to the fact that i arrived late and there was no place I could go. Eventhough i had booked for 4 night i left the next day and still wait to get my money back !!

Beds were good, big and well equipped. Self Check in went smoothly, but I wasn't aware of how to do it because there was no communication from the hostel in this regard. They did not respond to my emails. Breakfast was very basic, just bread and instant coffee., at least some butter and jam would have been nice. For the price, it was not of great value. But the capsule itself is nice and well equipped.

Excellent value for money for a capsule hotel!

Excellent value for money! So, this is a capsule hotel, so don't expect 5*-hotel standards and, by the standards of a capsule hotel, it is excellent. Clean and well maintained. Toilets and shower regularly cleaned. Staff kind. Very safe. It is also 5 min walking from the metro station (MRT), although in Singapore crossing streets takes ages because you have to wait that the little red man turns into green! And it takes forever! ;-) Otherwise, if you're into capsule hotels, this is a very nice choice in Singapore!

Not really related to the establishment but some people keep having Visio phone calls all night long (which is understandable seeing the huge time difference with Europe, but still!!!!), capsules are of course a little crampy but largely OK. Mattress though are very firm.

Well rested

It was friendly and quiet, close to a variety of restaurants and convenient to public transport. The room was lovely and cool. Good coffee bags.

The coffee was great but there were no cups to make it in, only water glasses.
