    The location was lovely. Had our breakfast overlooking Newlyn harbour. Excellent choice of breakfast., better than anywhere we've ever been. The owners were lovely and friendly. The room was beautiful and very clean.
    There is nothing we didn't like.

    Outstanding place, location, food with harbour views with cctv monitored parking 5 mins walk away.
    Probably best b and b we've stayed in. Attention to detail outstanding. Just as an example: a bottle of fresh milk in room fridge changed daily. Host professional chef and it showed in the breakfast quality. Will be back.

    The breakfast were outstanding wonderful selection. Highly recommend the apple ,date & fig marinated fruit delicious as was the spiced sausage meat option with all the trimmings.

    Perfection by the sea.
    This place is the perfect base for a Penzance trip. I love the smugglers so much its my 4th visit. I almost don't want to say how lovely it as its hard to book as it is. Its bojou without being poncy. The breakfast is the best you can get. The rooms are simple but characterful..and newlyn is a delight.
    There are no faults with this place. Ever.
