Spotlessly clean, good location, great staff. The sofas let the apartment down

The sofas are uncomfortable. The seats are too deep, the sofa is too low and there is no support for your back or head. However, we put 2 cushions and a pillow behind us and that made sitting more comfortable

A well located and well equipped apartment

We stayed over the Christmas period. The property was well equipped over two floors. The heating was very effective and the location and parking were excellent.

We had a few teething problems with the Wi-Fi and key collection. The emergency number on Christmas Eve was very efficient and took immediate steps to address our issues - unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work despite their best efforts but there was not a lot more they could do on Christmas Eve.

Great value for a city centre apartment with parking

Parking especially in a city centre is a bonus Location was superb ,very clear directions and entry instructions Complimentary Milk,water,cereal on arrival Tv,good Wi-Fi signal Super hot powerful shower Very quiet even on a main road

Could do with a little maintenance,couldnt open our doors to roof terrace area and a few areas looked a little tired. It was very hot in the apartment.

Great stay in a good location

Clean and comfortable. Good location.

Automatic machine to collect and return keys and fob wasnt working so we had to call the customer service team both times. They were quick and efficient though.
