Very good

Great location

The location of the hotel was excellent, we were able to walk and explore Stellenbosch by foot and walk to all the restaurants. We were able to Uber to the wine farms. The Reception team were helpful and friendly

I love the history of the hotel and the historic feel however I feel that the rooms could do with a refresh / revamp and still keep the history of the hotel.

Was fine for two nights very central

Location was great, had nice balcony with chairs. Kitchen well equipped

Elevator was out of order for duration of stay had to walk up 3 floors from basement parking to room with luggage. Mattress very very firm.

Excellent place to stay. Definitely recommend!!

Fabulous location right in the center of Stellenbosch. Just a few meters away from a variety of restaurants and interesting shops. We had a very well appointed two bedroom flat, which was very suitable for our needs. Service throughout the hotel was excellent from the reception staff to the housekeeping and to the parking assistants.

Being in the center of town, it was a little noisy at times in the evening, but the benefits of the location far outweighed the negative.

It was good for what we needed

Location was brilliant, within walking distance of all main restaurants and shops. Its all you need for a few nights

They did not have a generator or inverter as back up during load shedding. So sat in the dark for 3/4 hours. This is a bit cheeky when paying full price for the accommodation. Need to have a back up plan if they know theres load shedding going on
