The room was spacious and decorated lovely. Everything functioned well as expected. The view from the mountain view room was less than impressive and i don't think you will get any good view of nature here but the place itself is nicely decorated and please the eyes.
We got room 42. The door knob seemed to jam to the frame which made it quite difficult to unlock. The stair steps were quite narrow and there was no staff to help you with your bags.

The shower drain was clogged. I had to alert the staff to take care of it.
The hotel is far from the town center. Own transportation is necessary.

This resort is the best We have ever stayed in Thailand
The room was spectacular as was the staff we will stay here again on the 28th of the month going back to Chiang Mai the room was so spacious and had spectacular figurines of Thai culture for the price you cannot beat it We highly reccomend this place breakfast was great too.

This place was meant to stay for a short time. Sleep for 2-4 hours is recommended.
Location was good for sightseeing in Ratchaburi.
Bed was not that clean as its look and there were little ants on bed too. Smell from toilet was terrible. Staff was not friendly. No breakfast at all.
