Amazing location

The staff were friendly and the property was as advertised with all listed facilities provided. They also organised floating breakfast for us. The location is good if youre in Bali for a short time as you wont have to spent too much time travelling back and forth from the airport.

Great location in kuta. nice and quiet with no barking dogs at night. exceeded my expectations with the double story size of the villa, and the size of the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. very clean. bathroom downstairs even had a bath! pool was perfection and used constantly and the kitchen was great that had a stove and big sink. only thing missing was cutlery. but cannot fault this villa. balcony upstairs was beautiful. both reverse cycle aircons worked fantastic! like new-which is what you want in the humidity and heat of Bali. both bedrooms lock with key separately and the entry door to villa locks also by key. so very private and secure. had breakfast ordered and brought into villa and it was not only presented well but tasted superb. highly recommend this villa to couples, family or even group of friends. beds are very large so can accommodate many. i will be back

Strategically located and comfortable villa.

Strategic location. Very near to airport (walking distance, 10mins if you dont have much luggage). Walking distance to the coastal walk from Pantai Jerman leading to Beackwalk Shopping center. Many local food nearby the villa. Cheaper food options and taste good too. Clean villa pool, comfortable bed, good working air-con, good water pressure and friendly staffs. Area around the villa is also safe.

The wifi & TV reception can be improved.
