Nice concept, but overpriced and unfriendly staff.

I liked the layout, the concept and the space.

I didn't like the attitude of the staff when I checked in. They were comparing notes and complaining about the previous guests that had checked in before me which I found unprofessional. No one took me to chalet to show me how everything operated. There were no instructions on how to setup the heater. As a result the first night I was absolutely frozen. The wooden stairs as you enter the chalet had ice and there was nothing to hold onto thereby creating a tripping hazzard.

natural and quiet and a balance to the city centre

Unfortunately we were there too short, but for the short time we felt very comfortable and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

The weather wasn't ideal, but that's not the accommodation's fault :)

The separate units was fantastic and the grounds they were built at was great as well

The build quality of the units could have been better, there was no bathroom mirror downstairs, the hot water was dangerously hot (We had to adjust the water heater), plywood walls didnt appeal as well.

Overall it was magical, pleasant and beautiful

The unbound is a beautiful and quiet place located in a natural environment, the lake and sauna on it make the place magical. We had lots of privacy and a beautiful garden view. Nice staff! Very close to the airport.

breakfast was basic for the price and we didnt eat there. The bed was too soft and we had a bit of back pain in the morning.
