    Cannot beat the location. Bed was super comfortable.
    I thought the room was depressing. For the price paid it was constantly dark and with curtain open I was looking at an internal wall. Weather was not good to make use of bar or terrace but thats not the hotels fault.

    Don't be fooled, hotel is 2 star at best, smells like the sewer, with no amenities and surly staff
    Not much. The location is great, but the hotel is a mess.
    They put us in a room right next to a construction project that started every morning at 7:30 and refused to move us. The hotel smells like the sewer, the bathroom is unusable and Maria at the front desk was grumpy and rude.

    We had a wonderful stay , fantastic location , additionally on the 4th floor , (restaurant/bar)there is an absolute star called Avril , who serves breakfast with the happiest nature and most enthusiastic smile she couldnt be more charming and is a real credit to the hotel

    Perfect location for exploring the beautiful city of Valencia
    Excellent freshly cooked breakfast served by friendly staff Very good central location in city within easy access of transport systems The kitchenette was a useful facility in the room Rooftop terrace and pool would be lovely in summer.

    Perfect location, very professional helpful staff, upgraded to a suite which was amazing and made our stay
    Very petty to comment, as overall the hotel is perfect, however the pillows were incredibly hard.

    Great location and wonderful staff make this a good choice.
    Perfect location. Lovely roof terrace to take breakfast and exceptionally nice staff members. Also rooms were very clean, but the hall rugs were unbelievably dirty. It make a very unpleasant impression when you walk to your room.
    Bathrooms were cramped, with no counter space to put down your things. Badly designed. Dirty rugs in hall mentioned above.

    Super stay in a great location - comfortable and lovely room but the final touches for exceptional
    The hotel is located just off the main square in the Old Town. It is the perfect location to soak up the Valencian atmosphere surrounded by its history and heritage. The staff were all particularly friendly and helpful.
    A small thing - but the quality of the toilet paper was poor. In a 4* venue every bit of contact luxury convinces you - I wasn't convinced by the lack of something just a little more up market. I also felt the shower gel/wash toiletries were of minimal effectiveness. Perhaps I just always use great soap....... again was a little disappointed about the quality with these.
