I was in Tower 2, I had 2 rooms booked and no matter what we did not get hot water to shower They have issues with their plumbing system. No hot water was a challenge for me and my family

Deserves more stars; great place to stay

I loved the location, the size of the room the whole room was amazing actually and the facilities. I did not expect much at the beginning, because the reviews at Booking.com were not that great, but I chose to stay at the hotel nonetheless because of the location. I was surprised to see the hotel deserved more stars than it has. It really is superb. My room was amazing and super comfortable. It has a beautiful view as well. And you can walk through Corniche whenever you want. I would definitely recommend the hotel. My stay was awesome, loved my room.

I had to order room service one night. It is not that good, but it sure is expensive. Don't commit the same mistake. I also hated the fact that sex segregation is still alive at the Venue. The swimming pool is just for men. There are two different lobbies, one for men and one for women. I was with my partner, so this whole thing sucks. At first, I would also say that the inside of the hotel looks like a maze it has different towers, receptions and entrances. But to be honest you get used to it preety quickly.
