    AC wouldnt cool the room down even when we asked the hotel to take a look so each morning we woke up dehydrated sweating all night. The shower also was a tiny trickle - the worst shower weve had in months of traveling around Asia.

    Room facilities was ok. For muslim, the breakfast is non halal. Easy access to 7Eleven, or to find halal local food. Walking distance to the beach (+-350m).

    All guests have pool access to Peace Laguna Hotel and can spend few hours there.
    The interior is so nice plus the white color adds a European feeling to the place.
    The bathroom needs some improvements

    Great location at the centre of Krabi!
    Fantastic location and great value for money, everything is within walking distance, nice open restaurant offers good breakfast, rooms are well appointed.
    Bathroom/toilet was too small, tiny like a closet. Hot water from shower was inconsistent.

    -The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the beach and many food options around -Laundry mat and taxi services in front of hotel -Wifi was okay
    -Hotel appeared very nice at the reception and cafe but poorly managed behind the scenes. It felt dirty and not well maintained. -Everytime had to call reception to get hot water and they came to fix it. It was applicable for all 3 rooms we booked, this was very inconvenient -Staff member dont accompany you to your room upon check in or guide you. -Elevator and corridor were dirty, very bad impression for customers checking in. -Broken amenities in room which were an eyesore (broken fire detector, broken decoration-better just not put it) and room was stuffy when checked in
