Silent place, nice around 20 cottages?

Not the newest furniture, but it was ok. The breakfast is not that diverse. Max 2 ones and you don't want to eat that/there anymore. I recommend to look for other options.

Superb

AMAZING place with super pool and the rooms are the best!

2nd time here, this place is just magical. Great pool, GREAT rooms and nice staff. We got checked in by "Bee" who was super lovely. At the bar we met "Kaen" who is a true superstar and has amazing customer service skills, very impressed. The rooms are super spacious, super clean and beautiful too. Keep up the good work.

The prices of food and drinks are too much. buy 1 get 1 free from 2-6 pm is all cute but if you pay 350BHT for 2 cocktails during this time, and 250bht for 1 outside of this, you are just not telling the truth what feels dodgy. Also, 350BHT for 2 cocktals (9.15) is pretty standard in Thailand.....so not that "happy" haha Food is also expensive, but quality is good (we barely had anything though)

Everything amazing, pool and restaurant and the villas. Paradise experience, would recommend.

Breakfast was not good for us, but it was similar in other hotels so must be a thailand standard. The villas are more open to the outside but mosquitoes were not a big issue it turned out since the bedroom had a seperate door to keep them out.

Overpriced for what you get, only appears to be luxurious while it's not.

- Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided us with a mattress topper for no extra charge to help us with how firm the bed was. - Room and bathroom were really spacious. We had no problem storing our 2 big luggage in there. - Location is good and bad. It's located on the outskirts of Karon, so you have to walk like 10 minutes to access the northern side of Karon and the beach. But at least you're a bit protected from the city noises. But if you just need water, it's a bit of a walk just to get some at the nearest shop, which can be annoying. - They have free protected parking spots if you're travelling with a rental car, convenient.

- Only the appearance of luxe, but if you look at the details it wasn't at all. We were kinda shocked by the vibe difference between the photos and the actual place. Don't be fooled by the pictures like we did. No fancy material used anywhere, paint jobs are meh, furniture in the room look solid but not great, the lounge chair around the pool weren't great, no parasol to create shade at the tables around the pools, raw concrete that look like it need some care all around the pool, the jacuzzi looked tired, the men's toilets next to the pool were filthy, one morning there was a trash plastic bag next to the pool for the whole time we were there that wasn't picked-up, and I could go on and on with examples. - They only provided 1 key for 2 persons despite us asking for another one. They do that on purpose to prevent you from putting on the aircon while you're not in the room. At that price point, I would not have expected cheap moves like this. - The garden needs a more regular maintenance. It was always layered with leaves everywhere, some areas were just dirt without any grass, there was a sewer around our room the first night until they sent someone to clear dirt from some water canal passing in front of it. Not great. - We thought we would get an individual bungalow, but we actually shared a wall with another room. Only the one by the pool were free standing. - The place was invaded with mosquitoes. We couldn't use the front of our room because of it. They provided a device for them inside room fortunately. - The bed was rock solid, to the point where it actually hurt after the first night. Fortunately, they were able to provide us with a topper, otherwise we would have to move to another hotel! - Prices for the spa were absurdly high! It was literally 4x higher than anything you could find in town, ridiculous.

I liked that the property was conveniently located near the beach and a 10 minute walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

The property is a bit run down, in need of some extra TLC. One night of my stay there was no hot water however once I spoke to the receptionist the technician came to fix this and the problem was resolved. The attention to customer care was a bit disappointing, we were never greeted once when we arrived back to the hotel by any of the staff and on check out customer service was lacking again.

A very beautiful and comfortable resort

The vila was very spacious and clean. The staff was really nice and we felt welcomed there. The pool is small but cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend this resort

Lovely hotel

Design- super nice, you have a proper feeling of vacation. Food is yummy, stuff in nice and very helpful. Drinks are nice It was quite clean, bathroom is cool, super quite. We had villa with no pool, and I think it was better than the one with pool, as theres no real privacy. Villas with pool are connected to the main pool and sitting right next to a restaurant.

Bed wasnt very comfortable. I emailed reception about me making a surprise for my mom and have never received Happy birthday note at her bed, but its ok..

Great and safe stay, but maybe a little expensive

Huge hotel room with separate living spaces. Nice pool and pool bar with a good selection of food and drinks. Close to the main action of Karon and easy to get taxis elsewhere.

For Thailand, its quite expensive for what it is. Lightning isnt the best and neither is the breakfast but there are great spots nearby for that. Karon is also very touristy.
