View is phenomenal from the property, Gaurav and his team really puts the hardwork.

There is nothing to didn't like there, but people needs to understand this property is on the mountain don't set your high head goals because everything depends on the weather, so respect your surroundings and be respectful towards the place. Don't litter .

Waste of money and time

I would like to say that the only thing which i like about the property is outer looks of this property.

First the main thing staffing issue. We had to wait for a very long time only for a spoon. There was no room cleaning facilities available. No soap provided in the washrooms. Geyser was also not working properly. No room service. Food was also too expensive. I really dont want to visit this property again.

Staff was nice, management is bit irresponsible we reached at our checkin time but waited for 2 hour

The service and the staff was good

We got a deodar room which was priced at the same price as their luxury room at 3500 overpriced, which is value for money and should not exceed cost more than 800. And the deodar room was just a ordinary small room which doesnt even look like a hotel room. We got a better room next day at 800 which was far better than their deodar room.
