I was in floor 26 direction city, which gave us a very nice view of Leipzig. The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The room is very quiet.

The breakfast will cost around 25 Euro per person, which is very high price. The room has no kettle to make your own coffee or tea. The lobby is very small. The main restaurant in the 27 floor was not open. No complimentary water bottle as other hotels. The room is very basic nothing especial.

The location.

Be careful about the double-payment issue. Some rooms lack a refrigerator. Some rooms are very noisy, and the Wi-Fi connection is very poor.

Not value at all

The view was really good and the decoration was really good. The location was also quite good.

It's not value for money in general. For some reason you pay extra to use the sauna and pool. The mattress and the pillow are really bad for a hotel of this caliber. We had issues where our shower faucet was broken and it took 1.5 days to be fixed after 4 phone calls to the reception. We also had to pay a higher deposit than the price which was not communicated beforehand. All in all an okay hotel that should cost about 80 per night, costs 150.

Exceptional

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful view from the window, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was so varied and tasty. Sauna and pool area- perfect place for relaxation.
