The room was kept unclean and unattended to. When i complained about the cleanliness of the room the receptions response eas ok will clean it now with no efforts to amend

Very good

A good stay in an excellent location.

Size of the room was great, bed large and comfortable v comfortable and loved the high ceilings. Philippe the nicest concierge ive ever met.

The carpet in the room wasnt clean. The luck of a Coffee machine in the room. Th luck of personal touch.

Disappointing

It makes me mad to see such a beautiful historical hotel falling down & left in this poor condition.

The location & staff were good

The lobby, reception area were poorly organized. No dining room area in this huge property except for the bar. Rooms are old & badly furnished.

Very bad stay and rude staff

Only location

The check in time was 3pm and they didnt even give the room till 4:30 pm and after following it up still the front seat hesitant to give us the room and we are with our toddler and they made a worst experience.

The Property is Amazing but it is time for an update. The bathrooms are in need of renewal. The hand held shower needs new gasket; the water splashed from everywhere. The sink dont drain easily. The cleanliness at the steps of entrance of hotel needs to be done hourly. It was full of dust that remained for 2/3 days

Excellent facility , close to everything. We will be back again .

All flights entering the UK that 48 hrs were on hold due to a NATS glitch. My son and daughter had stay at this facility a few months earlier and remarked how good it was. So I went on line and booked a last minute reservation.

Everything was flawless.
