Small family hotel. Just outside the north gate of the old town but every attraction is within walking distance. Staff was one of the best in Thailand. Very comfortable room with a huge balcony. Super clean, great breakfast, peaceful atmosphere. Thanks for everything.

The home is beautiful and tranquil, artistically decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location, close to the markets and old town. The owner lady is very friendly and helpful. Good selection of cooked breakfast.

The property was excellent if you planning to visit Chiang Mai this is the best-ever option for a pocket-friendly budget The property is so excellent 10/10 for the property room space and cleaning along with the owner's hospitality and staff behaviour and particularly breakfast they will only serve you fresh breakfast as per your order and your test and management lady will make you're all the bookings without any commission and also help to commute free of charge the hospitality is great

Great recommendation

The team is absolutely fantastic, very nice and helpful there was always someone available to help with questions and recommendations. it was a calming place, lots of green trees around and good location to get around in the city and visit night markets.

Internet was a bit slow sometimes in our room but that was not a big issue for us.

Helpful staff and clean/well designed rooms. Breakfast is smaller but super tasty - you can pick from a variety of Thai and some western egg dishes.

While the location is fairly central (close walk to the old quarter) we felt it was slightly farther away from the areas we were visiting than ideal
