    Customer service and quality at its best
    Spacious room with beautifully appointed bathroom. Staff both on reception and the bar were very friendly: professional and also extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and dinner menus were comprehensive and the food was excellent. A fabulous stay over Christmas. Dog friendly and people friendly too. Cannot wait to return.
    I liked everything. Nothing to not like.

    Good location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable
    We had two rooms. No complaints about the first one. The second didnt have internet in the room. Odd enough- the signal in the bathroom was perfect but in the room itself-none. Also it was pretty cold because the heat was turned on and off all the time. Maybe it was the only one in the hotel and I just got lucky to get it. On the whole, nice hotel, quiet and cozy.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the night staff at the bar . The location is very handy for town
    The bed was supposed to be a double bed it had two mattresses pushed together 1 was a little higher than the other The decor in bedroom and corridors were very old needs a lick of paint. Shame the lift is so small very hard to get two in plus luggage.

    Clean comfortable stay but needs more care of the furniture etc
    Friendly staff. The room was very basic but comfortable. The beds were excellent. The bathroom was adequate. Nice to have coffee and tea in the rooms and biscuits but only the second day. Lovely view looking over the sea front.
    The room was very basic and no design or thought put into it. The bathroom had wires sticking out. Very small corridors. Tiny lift near to the room. The breakfast was not as good as we would have liked. The door did not lock and even blew open occasionally. That was rather unexpected. The cost of the room and the extra cost for breakfast didn't match the over all experience.
