    Convenient location, comfortable room (if a tad small), friendly staff and decent breakfast.
    Small(ish) room, usually i prefer a bed in the middle of the room not in a corner.

    Hotel nice, quirky and comfortable but let down by housekeeping.
    Hotel is nice and quirky. Didn't get time to do the wine tour as i was there for work, but loved the design, layout and the wine references throughout. Bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very good. Breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. I didn't get a chance to swim in the rooftop pool but went up for a look one morning and although very cold outside, pool looked nice and heated with steam coming off it.
    No phone in room for room service. Housekeeping kind of let the experience down. I came back from work the first day and although someone had been in and emptied the bins, the bed was still tossed and not made up. I requested at reception to have the bed made the next day, and while that was done, the dirty cups and glasses i had used/brought back to the room were still there. I had organised late checkout at reception on day 3 which was dealt with very professionally and my room card updated so it didn't time out. Housekeeping didn't take notice of that on their worksheet and came into the room while i was still in bed, presuming i'd checked out.

    Lovely breakfast, good Wi-Fi and very comfortable and quiet room with bathrobes and great toiletries. The rooftop pool and bar looked nice but I didn't have time to use them. The location was great with the airport bus stopping right outside and it was walking distance to my work.
