    Very noisy hotel. Sis facilities not working.
    Location close to centre
    Noisy plus no sis faculties were in use. Was promised a refund of compensation but still nothing one month on!

    Room was fabulous really nice and big.Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Very pleasant stay will certainly book again.
    The hotel is ideally situated on the main street in Worcester. The room was spacious and very clean. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and request for vegetarian option was dealt with very quickly.

    Overall a good stay apart from the 10. Per day car parking charge and the 6.50 per pint for Stell.
    Room good and clean and warm location excellent with an excellent breakfast
    They tried to charge 10. Per day for car parking.

    the rooms were ok not great the location was good but the room was very light
    breakfast was not great, and was overpriced. there was no black pudding and bacon was only just cooked. the pasty where hard and stale
