Nice place, shame about the guest experience. I wouldnt return.

The location of the Zetter is great. Its a quirky hotel that fits its environment perfectly.

The hotel was exceptionally unhelpful about a booking error. They gave conflicting information and were rude with a clear message that maximising spend was more important than a happy guest. Felt like dealing with a shabby market trader.

The perfect London stay

A stunning place to stay. Staff are wonderful. The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you could need - we were lucky enough to have a huge bath! The food options are amazing. It was the perfect place to spend our wedding night.

We loved everything!
