    Hotels private taxi was very expensive, over twice the price of an Uber, which we didnt know until after the journey !! Also no safe in the room

    Comfortable sleep after a nice shower but very frustrating at the lack of restaurant and isolation
    The hotel is in a lovely natural location with a beautiful outlook.
    The restaurant was not open - we arrived in the evening after a long drive and had to drive into Aix-en-Provence which is quite a long way away under the circumstances. Couldn't find anywhere to eat in time (since the places all close so early) and were very lucky to come upon a small, expensive all-night grocery outlet where there was a limited selection of cheese and crackers for our dinner.

    We like Thecamp as it is modern and clean
    Its spacious and modern. We had a family room with 2 double beds and it was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities and a coffee machine and little fridge provided. Its in a business district outside of the centre of Aix en Provence so you need a car. Secure and free parking available.
    Quite a number of mosquitoes as its in a nature park. The pool floor is slimy as they have not cleaned it for a long time despite the creepy crawly (vacuum) being in the pool when we swam. The restaurant is not open for lunch and dinner so you need to find something outside.

    The location.
    I know this is a conference venue but it really needs a caf and a bar for other non conference guests. Also some kind of crazy ticket or pass needed to use the vending machines in reception.

    Great concept, it was great to be in place that I can swim, play petanque, volley ball or basket.
    Th ability to go to the Gym in the morning and shoot some basketball hoops in the afternoon was great.
    The door to my room kept getting blocked every now and them but the staff was always present and very helpful to help me out. int the end they even offered me a spare key that I can use in case the door gets stuck again :)
