Set in (Read More) a peaceful location, the principal village, Thorpe Thewles, is 1.6 km away from the property. Each en suite room has its own external access and is available with a luxury private hot tub in the gardens (subject to additional costs). The hot tubs are sheltered against bad weather, so it can be enjoyed the whole year round. Breakfast is provided in the dining area, using only the finest locally sourced produce and the properties own free ranged eggs that are laid on the lodge. The local area offers various restaurants to dine at for lunch and dinner, and food can also be delivered to the lodge. If you enjoy walking or cycling, this is the ideal place to stay. Lots of golf courses are only several miles away from Sedgefield, and Sedgefield Racecourse is only 5 miles away. Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees town centre are just a 15-minute drive away.
