    The room with balcony and sea view was fantastic. The pool and facilities where very good. All the staff team where very helpful, polite and helped us celebrate our anniversary in style . Thank you.

    Don't stay here if you have a dog.
    I like the location
    We brought our dog and when we sat for a few minutes by the pool but got told to move on because dogs were not allowed by there. We couldn't use the restaurant because we had a dog so had to sit in the bar area for 20 mins before we had a table laid, just felt disappointed. First room offered smelt and asked to get upgraded for an extra cost of 55.00 so now our bill was 400 for 1 night but couldn't use any facilities ? Why advertise a dog friendly hotel ? Decided to get out and go to Bantham beach, guess what ? no dogs allowed ! Got 50.00 discount after we complained.

    Worth staying for relaxation and views!
    Beautiful view! Great staff all friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. Pool.situated with view. Delicious duck liver pt.
    Decor is tired and worn. Food just ok. No beach chairs to borrow.

    Fantastic stay - the facilities exceeded expectation and the suite was exceptionally comfortable
    Breakfast was great - lovely buffet and cooked options very nice too, Caroline was lovely with the children. Room was fantastic ( sea view suite) for family - lots of room and everything we could need. Really comfortable which was a relief as it rained a lot and we were inside more than we might have expected. The 'family kitchen' next door with facility top re -heat food /drinks and even do washing if needed - is an amazing help and the playrooms were an unexpected and fantastic addition to the accommodation.My boys ( 6 and 10) adored the 'big rollers' room and it made a wet stay really straightforward. The indoor pool with hydrotherapy pool and thermal suite was the most fantastic facility my family have experienced at a hotel and we really enjoyed it. I had a spa treatment whilst at the hotel - with Ali - which was excellent, Overall an amazing stay, Thankyou
