    excellent hosts and guest house which is in ideal location
    breakfast was very very good and location was excellent, bus stop just outside guest house - i used the bus instead of my car for most of my stay

    Excellent friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean rooms and superb breakfast. Would definately recommend.

    The hosts John and Linda were great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast were delicious, the room clean and comfortable and the house close enough to walk into St Ives. There is a path opposite the house down to Carbis Bay beach, so all excellent.

    Very enjoyable. A home away from home!
    Its a great location, close to Carbis Bay station and the Carbis Bay beach. The walk into St Ives is not too long (though note that buses arent frequent so you will likely need to walk and the walk back is all uphill). The room was nicer than it looked online and very clean and comfortable. Linda and John were wonderful hosts. I am coeliac and really appreciated the effort they went to to provide me with a number of breakfast options (including a very filling cooked breakfast). They were also very helpful with recommendations for places to visit and eat. Overall, it was very good value for money for the location, given that breakfast is also included. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

    Nothing. The check-in time may pose a difficulty for some but fortunately it coincided with when we were arriving and we were able to leave our luggage in the porch when we checked out

    I saw the things I had set out to see and the great weather was a bonus.
    Good choice of breakfast options. Well cooked. Friendly hosts. Very handy to bus stop. Short walk down steepish path to sandy beach.
    Nothing springs to mind.
