The location was good.

1. No WiFi connection for the whole trip. 2. They put someone else's food and drinks bill in our room bill at checkout. 3. Spend 30 minutes at checkout waiting for them to sort out the final bill. 4. Had booked a premium room but had given us a basic room after showing them what we had booked and how much we paid they gave us the correct room. 5. No hot water 24/7

Nice ambience, room was good enough. Washrooms are clean. Mainly staff is cooperative. At closing times also they provided me food.

TicloResort definitely need renovation the rooms are same for the last 15 years Ni changes at all. Rooms need alterations and modifications otherwise Ticklo Resort will loose business My sincerest advice that they should modify all their rooms

Friendly staff & service but better maintenance required

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping and other services were good.

Initially we booked the deluxe room and were not happy. The rooms could be better maintained but when we asked for an upgrade, we were given an executive room the following day and then the stay was much better.
