    The room was lovely, food delicious, and staff were wonderful. Seil island is a delight to hike and explore, and an easy drive from Oban.

    Genuinely welcoming and friendly!
    Breakfasts were excellent and it was very nice and convenient to have dinner there where the food was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating.
    It was a bit further out of the way than expected. Not much to do around there but if you are willing to drive there were some very interesting places about an hour or less away such as Kilmartin which is definitely worth a visit!

    Peaceful, scenic, great staff, accommodation and food. We were treated and fed like royalty.

    This place is how I pictured our Scotland trip
    I wish I would have stay here a few more days. The tranquility and scenery of this place were hard to match on our Scotland trip. If you want to disconnect or slow down for a couple of days and recharge this place would do. We were visiting from NYC, so just a wee different. There are trails from the property which get you to the other side of the island through sheep fields. At night we opened the window and slept in complete silence. You are also 25ish min drive to Oban city center. The restaurant on the first level serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is a pub on the next building. After a long day of driving this was such a blessing as I didnt have to make plans. The food and menu exceeded our expectations. Finally, our room was quite spacious and the bathroom had a shower and tub. The staff was very accommodating!

    perfect place for nature lovers
    excellent location, quite remote from everything but that has his charm, very good food and restaurant and cozy bar, also with good food, and if the weather is sunny a cold beer in the beer garden. the staff is excellent, friendly and professional
    actually nothing, maybe a mini fridge in the room to keep your drinks cold

    What's not to like? William is an excellent host. He had informed us very well about the possibilities of the restaurant and its limited opening hours. Nevertheless, we kept our booking anyway. And then you get to arrive (much later than intended, but that's Scotland for you... way too much beauty not to stop in between) the peace and quiet, with a beautiful letter on the door containing all the explanation that was needed. In the morning we were received a Scottish welcom, warm and pure, with a joke on the side.. But then breakfast! Wow! Delicious, everything and more than you could wish for. And to finish we got some nice tips where we could find more beautiful things on our walks, wonderful, there are no words for it. We will definitely come back! That is for sure
